Utilize Questionnaires for PMs, inspections, safety
The following are high-level use cases that would benefit from the flexible Questionnaire framework that is currently part of Compliance:
Permit to Work. Maintenance field workers must complete a "permit to work" questionnaire to ensure safe condition before starting asset-based preventive maintenance or reactive work. They must verify through a risk assessment that the work can be performed safely.
Work Verification. Maintenance field workers must complete a checklist after work completion to verify all proper steps were taken. This is for primarily for preventive maintenance work, and many times this coincides with a compliance regulation.

Ability to attach existing photos in Mobile App
Currently, the mobile platform only allows you to attach new/live photos to work requests. Craftspeople need the ability to attach an existing photo from the phone to make the process more efficient.

Flag Returned WRs and Make Step Log Comments Visible in MaintenanceConsole
Add a flag or color coding to indicate that a WR has been
- returned by a CF and is sitting in the Supervisor's queue to reassign and reissue
- returned by the Supervisor after verification of checklist for the CF to re-enter the details.

Having a Blank (Gender Neutral) option for the Honorific Field (ie Mr, Ms, Ect)
Under the "Define Employees" Task there is a honorific field, which is a drop-down menu. Currently there is no gender neutral option, as a result at our organization, this is defaulted as "Mr".
I would like to see the default set to a blank option (which is currently not out of the box). I think that this will be increasingly important as we see increased awareness around gender identity.

Addition of a new field 'SORT ORDER' in the Maintainence Survey Report screen
Our clients are having trouble to maintain the orders of the questions, in which order they input it in the checklist, they want to display in the same order on the excel. It will be beneficial if we can add a new field, 'SORT ORDER' for easy tracking.
As of now Maintainence survey Report screen displayed order does not represent the actual questionaire order in the checklist

Multiple Documents per Work Request
I'm astonished that you can STILL only add 4 documents per work request. This can be severely limiting and you really should be able to add multiple documents per work request, it just needs a linked document table to the wr table, rather than the 4 documents fields within the wr table per work request.

CF Information available at Assigned to Work Order (Approved)
Now that CF's are able to return works and this can set the status to AA, there is a need for supervisors and other CF's to review the comments from WRCF's in both Webcentral and Mobile, especially mobile when self assigning works. The CF's do not know that the job has been worked on until they have issued the work to themselves when they see wrcf record and the comments about the last visit. This could hold important information about why the work was returned.

Generate PM Work Orders Erases "activity_log_id"
We have a customer who reviews and manually generates their "Preventative Maintenance" work orders at the start of each month. Therefore, they execute the "Generate PM Work Orders" task during business hours.
We have identified an issue in the "Generate PM Work Orders" process where it is erasing the "Action Item ID" field (wr.activitylogid) from an "On Demand" work request records if the "On Demand" work request is raised at the same time as the "Generate PM Work Orders" tasks is in progress.
