Users have reported confusion about the messages "You're all done" or "Work Completed" that appear when you first get into the OnSite app.
What's happening is that when opening OnSite for the first time or after a while, the list of WRs for the user is empty.
The app displays the message "You're all done" while in fact it is synchronising the data.
After a few seconds (~3s) the list of WRs appears.
The same happens when you enter a group.
For example, when you group by Site-Building, and then select a Site-Building, at first the list is empty and displays the message "Work Complete" or "You're all done". Then after a few seconds (~3s) the list WRs appears.

It is confusing for the users as they think they have no WR and then close the app.

Could it be possible to change those messages when the app is syncing to something different (e.g. "Data Synchronisation") so that users know what is going on?
The message "Work Complete" or "You're all done" or "No Team Work" are actually not correct when syncing.
