Provide support for alternate messaging apps such as Cisco Jabber. We use iPads and trades do not have an Apple ID and therefore cannot use the Apple Messaging app. We use Cisco Jabber internally or Microsoft Teams.

We use iPads and do not want the trades to have to create an apple Id to use Apple Messenger in order to take advantage of the chat functionality
