lease - read-only consumer?
Please consider ALL types of users / consumers when designing modules. We have been using the lease module for a number of years. Even today when I review the latest version it says Used By: Portfolio Managers, Lease Administrators.
We have maintenance people, finance people, occupying departments, all looking at the data from the lease module. It is not clear from the help which views are designed for these READ-ONLY people.
In the over ten years I have used Archibus I find this a problem in most modules. There have been some 'executive' views (the only people here who never log in) but a lack of consumer views. I am hoping the new Plan View Print view will help with that.
Am I, and my vendor, missing some basic approach?
