Make Smart Client install NOT add a desktop shortcut for AISVDwgConverter and/or add a step in the install wizard that gives the option of what desktop shortcuts to make.

Rationale...
AISVDwgConverter is not commonly used. It's only for very specific use cases where an organization is using Archibus and Serraview.
