Service Level Agreement Mandatory Field Selection
Problem:
When additional steps such as "Approve", "Estimate" or "Schedule" are added to a Service Level Agreement. you only need to click on the "Estimate" button to move to the next step and so on. This means you can simply move through the step with no addition of a "Trade" for example. The resulting WR will have no trade which has ongoing problems with the visibility of WR to users.
Solution:
The SLA should have the additional functionality to make certain fields in that step Mandatory before you can finalise the step. You should be given the ability to click/select those fields, when creating/editing and SLA, that you wish to be Mandatory.
Example:
If you do not select at "Trade" at the "Estimation" step. and you click on "Complete Estimate" a dialog box comes up to tell you what mandatory fields are required to be completed before you can advance to the next step.
