Logic behind a checklist.
High Risk Operations. Maintenance field workers must complete a "HRO permit" checklist to ensure safe condition before starting asset-based preventive maintenance or reactive work. They must verify through a risk assessment that the work can be performed safely. There are times that this HRO permit is not needed for the maintenance that is being done. So to have the checklist have the ability to have logic would be much more beneficial for the technicians performing the work.

In other words - Having the ability to skip the checklist without being required to answer all the questions, allowing the work to continue on the PM. Currently the field worker cannot complete the wr on the mobile device because the Checklist is not completed.
