Reservation approval notifications
Multiple clients looking to have notifications as soon as a reservation requiring approval is made instead of having to either constantly check if reservations exist that need approval or wait for the checkRoomAndResourcesApproval email to look at emails past their approval time. Right now there is basically no way to know a reservation that comes in that requires approval if it is for the same day as the reservation as made and many reservations or passing reservation time without approval because no one knows that there is a reservation requiring approval.

In addition, with reservations requiring approval: if the meeting is cancelled, a real-time email to the approver is also critical.
Otherwise, the approver may be getting the room prepared or turned over for a meeting that isn't going to happen! This results in wasted time and effort and leads to employee frustration.

This is a very critical feature/function. Clients are quite confused as to why they don't receive any notification once reservation request is sent. Approvers mostly overlook the requests since they don't receive real-time notification. I hope this is in development soon, its been years and this feature/function is still not available.

Our clients need to be able to see Approvals as soon as reservations are made. This has caused a lot of heartache and is discouraging to have to explain as to why the system works this way.
