Performance of the Archibus Login Process needs to be Improved
In v26.1 we find that the login process itself takes 6 seconds or more. Adding in the time to load the homepage, it can be 10 seconds before a user can interact with the application. Performance testing was done to refine page load times but we have not found anything to date to improve Login or Home significantly. The infrastructure of the environments are sized according to meet or exceed SpaceIQ specifications.

Attached is Excel showing Performance Test Results on two environments with the same infrastructure comparing OOB and Client Environments. We are seeking refinements to the login process to allow the user to have to wait no more than 9 seconds for both the login process and initial homepage to load.
