Currently in Archibus Workplace, employees can only search for a meeting space or desk in their assigned building. Companies that have multiple buildings in a small geography need the ability to find any space across the multiple buildings and still see a list of spaces that match the search criteria. In order to accomplish this now, the employee has to use the "Buildings" list button and run the same search multiple times.

Since most use cases will utilize the assigned building feature as it currently works today, this could easily be a configuration parameter or a check box in the available search criteria allowing the user to widen the search.

Archibus could also consider the use of Site and only widen the search to the Site code of the Employees assigned building. This would satisfy the use case while keeping the administration of the feature simple.
