Workplace Functional Gap
In BOC, when a ticket is rejected, a requester has the ability to update/cancel. Where a client requests directly through workplace (having no access to maintenance console), there is no update/cancel option in the view service requests view. The request is no longer visible to maintenance staff and sits in the pending status.

As more and more users are submitting tickets through workplace they should be able to cancel a request from workplace as well. It makes no sense why this functionality does not exist if you are trying to push more people to mobile vs. web central.

This is a really important requirement, it may seem small but if we are to encourage the use of the workplace the user need to be able to the minimum actions they can as a requestor in the BOC
