email errors are logged in the archibus.log file. If a client does not have email setup, it still logs all the errors about unable to send an email because it can not connect to the email server. this loads up the archibus.log file with a LOT of errors that are unimportant.
the software should have a way to turn off the email notifications logging without turning off other logging of other things.

We run into this when testing. We have the email server name removed to prevent notifications, but still want to test a connector interactively and without modifying it.
