Rework the lease console to include and improve the lease of Tagged Assets, specifically equipment.

The lease console is a good utility to manage leases, however, it is specifically geared towards real estate, as evident by its location on the navigator and terminology. In the past, Archibus supported TA leases with separate tables and views but non with modern UI or UX like the console.

I would like to consolidate the older functionality with the new console to provide FMs the ability to record and track EQ leases directly in a console format:

1. When recording a new lease have the system ask for the "TYPE" of the lease - Space or Tagged Assets (Equipment) and change functionality accordinly

2. Allow users to associate multiple TAs (Equipment) to the lease

3. Create a console view that will reside in the Asset Management Module restricted by TA (Equipment) Lease only - with FM terminology.
