Some projects are feasibility studies and not the actual, it would be great with Archibus could handle some scenario planning around projects.
Basically it would need the following:
1. an ability to replicate a project an set as a scenario project
2. a report to compare the performance of two projects based on factors such as a prioritization matrix, risk etc.
3. There are reports like the project scorecard which evaluates costs vs schedule but there is currently no way to only compare a few selected projects with that report.
4. There are reports such as compare annual project costs to budget but it also won't filter against multiple selected projects in the filter.
5. In viewing the active projects timeline, the filter currently does not allow folks to select multiple projects to compare the timelines.
