Project approval workflow
The product currently has limited 3 approval captures per project. Archibus would offer a more competitive edge to be able to setup workflows and set as many approvals need in the tool throughout the life cycle of the project. Sort of like an SLA where it's configurable to match to features like a project type, or program type or location where it may need multiple approvals and certain conditions. Such as being able to setup approval workflows for a project such as:
If a project is over X amount of dollars, the approving group is a member of ie, the executive team
Followed by the additional elements such as change orders
- if a change order is over a certain amount, it needs automated workflows for approvals.

This would be a great feature to have as a lot of the existing and new clients requested approval and other workflow in the Projects Application

The suggested configurable workflow to progress through approvals and other statuses in the management console will be beneficial and improve the capabilities of the ARCHIBUS Projects application. This is a requirement from most of the current and new ARCHIBUS Projects users.
