When readings are collected as part of a maintenance inspection survey, there is a view (in v25.3 and later) "Maintenance Survey Report" that is available to view the actual questions and answers for each survey.

Compliance does not have any reports that summarize the survey, questions and answers in a format where something like daily readings can be reviewed over a period of time to recognize trends or changes.

It would be very helpful to have a report that could be filtered by the questionnaire, date range, eq_id or standard or location just like the maintenance survey. The ability to export this to Excel would be needed as well.

The Review Survey Results Summary by Requirement is nice but it is a summary of results and cannot be used for trend analysis.
