Link to request in Workplace
Since a lot of work requests are now created through requests made by end-users through the Workplace, i.e. not in Web Central, it should be somehow possible to have a link in the email notification that is set up in the SLA definition that matches the request so that would point directly to the very request in the Workplace interface (e.g. in the "My requests" list).
This should ideally be done using an application parameter, the same way it is done for service desk notifications.
