UPDATE: We are paying for this to be modified so we can start using it now.
We are upgrading right now and I was hoping to implement Workplace. However we have encountered a significant roadblock when a user goes to enter in a request they cannot enter the room number but must choose a building, floor and then select the room from a floor plan. Ideally the lookup functionality that exists in the older Report a Problem view in the Maintenance Console would work here as well.

Room numbers are displayed in the floor plans for Meeting Space Bookings, however, room numbers are NOT displayed in the floor plans for Workspace Bookings.

Recommend that floor plans in both interfaces display consistently - with or without room numbers.

You currently offer the feature automatic ID lookup in the rest of web central but have not implemented it in Workspace. It needs to not just be in one section but everywhere. Just like its implemented for the rest of the system. This is needed because of things like Employees where a employee ID is used as the primary key instead of the persons name and we want the persons name shown to the user rather than a number. but it should implement all configured automatic ID lookup definitions in the system not just in one section.

Thanks for the suggestion! Can you clarify the use case of this look up? On which Worplace view would it be most helpful (e.g., Workspace booking, service request, etc.)?

All emails from reservations are sent using the Employee ID instead of the Employee Name. It seems as though an email should read with the name instead, i.e. "Dear John Smith" instead of "Dear 3456987"

Employee name display is not consistent between display, search, department search, and move requests. All should display the same Automatic ID set value as a carry over from Web Central.
