Allow for Anchor / fixed seat assignments within a Team (Team Space)
Many teams may allow for the majority of assigned employees to be free-address or not assigned to a particular rm/seat, but in some cases team members may have requirements to be assigned a specific seat as part of the team, and being included in the team space allocation for supply/demand planning. Examples include Executive Admins, those who need specialized stationary equipment at their workspace, VIPs, floor wardens/EHS personnel, etc. Or, an organization may want to allow for giving employees the option if they want to have a an assigned seat or not but still be part of their team, including in occupancy planning and moves. It would be preferred to managed these fixed seated EM records as part of the team, including being factored into the team target ratio metrics.
