Search by a title or a UDF of an employee in the workplace portal
A client has mentioned they need staff to know where the fire wardens sit, these people are often volunteers so they are not tied to a specific organizational unit. They have a title but it may not be fire warden, it may be the administrative assistant with the User defined field that states they are a fire warden.
The workflow is something like this. The fire warden is notified ahead of time that there are staff wanting to book desks in the office space. So they go and also book a hoteling desk. The staff will also need ways to find the warden as part of a flexiwork safety review when they start showing up to the desk or the building they are not familiar with.

Sometimes there may be equipment to search for and it's not hard to search for a fire extinguisher if we name it properly. However, it may be worth have something to classify it for safety purposes.
It’s the idea that:
1. we are dealing with an extra field for a safety role when it comes to people
2. we are dealing with an extra field for a safety function if it’s about equipment
3. The workplace needs a way to enable specific fields into the search capability. Ie. The configuration parameter may allow someone to specify Em.safety_role;eq:safety_role
