Simple Floor Plan View and Print
While the Space Console is great for sophisticated users, most non-facility managers just want to see and print a floor plan. So for nearly every organization, we create a simplified View and Print Floor Plan. Requirements vary, but a search for Building and Floor is obviously needed. Probably also a Room and Room Name, Category and Type so the same view can serve as "Locate a Room/s". Perhaps highlight and label choices.

Include map of the reserved space in the hoteling confirmation mail, not only as a link but also as the image. In this way, the user who books can easily locate the reserved position and every day, he can go directly to it without getting lost
