As Space Manager, I want to position the Tagged Furnitures by Drag and Drop in floor plan (SVG) in Web Central (i.e., Browser client), so that I have not to do the postioning in AutoCAD and publish the SVG again for each change.

Rules:
- on demand positioning of single tagged furnitures can be done by drag and drop
- several tagged furnitures can be positioned by drag and drop in a move project and / or move scenarios
- the postioning by drag and drop will update the location attributes (i.e., room, floor, building, etc.) of the tagged furnitures in the Archibus database
