Workplace Service Desk/Maintenance
Workplace user Service Request screen gives information but needs more, for example if a Request is rejected there is no information as to why is was rejected? which means the user will need to access web central to get more detail. It would be good if they could review the history of the job and maybe update and resubmit
Cancelled Jobs just come off the list so the user has no records, i know that emails can be used, however that is just another place to look for the information, it would be better if it is in one place.

Move requests from WorkPlace are automatically classified as APPROVED however the Move Project/Move Order has not been Approved yet. This is misleading to users.
