Lease Workflow and Versioning
We have received direct requirements from both public and private organizations in the US that demand configurable workflow in Lease Administration. This is significant as lease workflow has become a common feature in other solutions.
i. Allow administrators to design workflow. The Graphical Workflow Editor is a great start to meeting this requirement.
ii. Need to allow someone to create a draft lease or start a revision of an existing lease
iii. Submit lease through review and approval workflow
iv. Upon approvals, a new lease revision is added to the system and becomes the primary lease record
v. A history of lease revisions is available to see how a lease has progressed over time

It would be nice to get a result of your review now that 3 years have passed since yout set it to "review".
Our customers would really enjoy that functionality and we would get a better user experience and user acceptance to ARCHIBUS.
