Reservation Rules are difficult to manage when using include users. Thee are two items that would make this easier:
1. allow users to be added based on an allocation category and level. For example, I should be able to select Allocation Category = Manager Hierarchy and Level =L2 = 'Manager Name'. All users assigned to this Manger Name would always be associated. This would support new hires and transfers.

1. There is no way to export users included in a rule. Managing these rules becomes difficult if I want to compare large lists. There needs to be a way to export individual names.
