  1. As the VBS only shows limited bookings (today and 4 days in the future) and users can make bookings at any time, I want to be able to view an audit trail on bookings.

    I'd like to see a report with
    - when a booking was made
    - who made the booking
    - when a booking was cancelled
    - who cancelled the booking

    This will also be important if we are able to book on behalf of others in the future.

  2. As a Space Manager, I want to understand how well my space is being used based on bookings data. I could use this to both understand who plans to come-into a floor in the future; and which spaces were used earlier today/previous day (and have them cleaned)

  4. As a Receptionist / Concierge for a Building, I want to quickly see who has booked to come into my building each day (under covid everyone must book in advance).

    When I click on the Space Name, I should see a floorplan with the space highlighted so that I can easily direct the person to their desk

  5. We have a client interested in "validating" the Engage check in data with badge data in a report.

    Are we able to design a new insights dahsboard that displays

    Capacity & Assigned People Versus Consumption

    And Workplace consumption is BOTH Desks booked / Desks Checked-in AND attendance to site (via Badge).

    This would help identifiy people attending and not booking... and people booking and checking in remotely but not actually coming to site. comparing check in and badge would be very helpful to give a true usage / consumption overview.

  9. As a Space Planner I'd like to understand what's happening with my rooms/collaboration spaces.

    The dashboard should show:
    - Rooms
    - Room Type
    - Room Capacity
    - Number of Bookings per Day
    - Number of Check-Ins per Day

  10. As a Reservations Manager, I want to understand how well our employees are using (or not using) the reservations system. For example, how many bookings are being made, how many check-ins, how many no-shows over a period of time... broken down my business unit and locaiton.

  11. As a Space Manager I want to see a list of Spaces that an employee has used/intends to use (booked) over a certain date range so that:

    a. I can do some basic contact tracing - to see who an employee may have come into contact with
    b. I can clean up future bookings for terminated employees
