  1. Additional features when booking on behalf of someone else:
    - We would like the option for the reserver to receive a confirmation email.
    - The reservee (Booked For individual) to see in their confirmation email who reserved the space.
    - Provide Book on Behalf of without also providing the Reservations - Bypass concurrency limit secured action
    - Allow staff that can "book on behalf of", to also "Cancel on behalf of".

  2. As an administrator, I would like to be able to set a floor capacity for the maximum number of desk bookings per floor that will be accepted by Engage. Once this floor capacity has been reached. No additional new bookings will be accepted for this floor.

    Further enhancement:
    - Notify administrators when floor capacity is reached (or a threshold will be reached) to then release an additional floor for booking
    - Wait list for staff who wish to book on a floor that is at capacity, to then be notified when a new floor is released

    Thank you for the suggestion. I agree that this is an important feature for making it simple to get staff back to work.

  4. As a Slack user, I'd like to be able to find an employee by command, such as "\find Megan". This would bring up a floor plan locating where Megan is.

    Other use cases are:
    - employee contact info
    - book meeting rooms

  5. While making a reservation in Outlook, I'd like to be able to see photos of the room, see the room's location on a floormap, view equipment available in the room, and filter based on room capacity and equipment available.

  7. Configure the Engage application to receive and manage digital access credentials from HID.

    This would enable employees mobile devices (e.g. smartphone) to gain access to secured doors, gates, lockers, printers, networks, services, etc, in replacement of a traditional physical access pass.

    Would significantly reduce the administration of physical security management, including issuing, temporary and lost passes, termination, and increase enterprise security.

  8. In the equipment section of 'Reservation Assist', all unique equipment/attributes show when these may not be applicable for the Users of Engage.

    There should be a configuration option that allows you to select which attributes you wish to display in the Reservation Assist.
