To determine whether the attendees will attend the meeting virtually or in-person
There could be a scenario where organizer may invite 20 people to a meeting but only 10 would attend in-person and remaining 10 would attend virtually. This may help organizer to manage the resources, such as services, catering, space management etc. Currently, there is no provision for determining whether people will attend the meeting virtually or in-person. Having a toggle option to indicate people as virtual while adding them to the Meeting room booking will allow the organizer to get an accurate count. Moreover, if you have your Outlook or Google calendar integrated with Archibus, you can send meeting links for virtual attendees.
