Copy button for Recurring Costs
When leases are extended or year by year the recurring costs often need to be updated, which is time-consuming. To streamline this process, we would like to see a copy button that allows users to copy the existing recurring cost information selected and then present it in a popup so that anything that has changed can be updated (usually the dates) and saved.

Maybe it's better to have a Multiselect per line and a copy button in the header of the grid instead of a copy button for each row?
