Similar to the another 2 ideas "Back to Work - Reservation/booking Questionnaires for pre/post use" and Questionnaire for Service Request types, there is desire to have dynamic questions asked of the requestor before they submit a reservation request. We have one client that uses the reservations module not only for reserving rooms but holding events within these rooms. The client wants to set up a series of questions to gather needs for the event/reservation and based on how it's answered, another question may load/display.

An example would be "Is A/V support needed?" if answered "Yes", a second could appear with multiple choice "Select all that apply". The requestor could then choose "Microphones" and third question could be "Do you need Wireless microphones?"
