This is a request for additional functionality related to fiscal year setup.
Briefly, I would like to be able to determine the fiscal year based on the end month in Archibus.

With the current specifications, Archibus determines the fiscal year based on the start month. For example, if the starting month is April, the fiscal year 2023 would be from April 2022 to March 2023.

For example, in Japan, a typical fiscal year's period is from April to March of the following year. For example, fiscal year 2015 is from April 2015 to March 2016 in Japan.
In other words, the same fiscal year would be one year off.
The fiscal year is used frequently for analysis and other purposes in Japan, so it is quite critical. Many Archibus reporting views also use the fiscal years, but using it confuses users because they are not the correct fiscal year for Japan. Most of our Japanese customers point this out.
