lease filtre country
When we arrive into the Lease Portfolio Console.
A country is automatically selected in the filter according to the language chosen in the user profile.
If in English -> GBR
If in French - > FRA
Etc.
The idea is to remove this automatic filter, or at best to be able to create filters yourself.

Please, add this change as it's an easy one and when working with SaaS, we cannot manually update the pages with these automatic filter. One user of one country often/always manage leases from many countries.
This filter is not only applied on the Lease Portfolio Console but also on several lease views.
