When the Clear Highlight command is run, both Labels and Highlights are cleared even if the labels are on a layer layer not named -TMP. In the past, employee names that were populated as part of the afm_occup and placed on the layer TX-EMP and NOT TMP layer remained intact after the clear highlights was run, now the names are disappearing.

I was told the previous behavior was actually a bug, but this functionality, or at least an option to keep labels or highlights and not remove both is useful. For example - do not want to repeat the entire process if the highlight changes but the employee assignments have not changed.
