Being able to make updates in Other Costs in the Maintenance Console on an Issued work request
In the Maintenance Console I noticed that there is a spot to update “Other Costs”. Our operation uses this function on a regular basis for special order items that we do not normally stock or to enter in Vendor details (such if we pay Culligan and need to document the cost for their services) however I noticed that once the information is initially entered that the information cannot be edited.
In the view below – for example- the company TMI Heat was not originally set as a “resource type” therefore someone just chose General.
After the fact, I can go in and add TMI to show up for future instances but it would be nice to be able to go and update that field for accuracy purposes.
I have emailed Vlad and Fred about this idea already.
