Hoteling Module - Workstations should not be defined as "Rooms"
Requires an alternative way to define open office space with workstations that are now used for Hoteling. The current method of polylining the workstations as ROOMS feels like a workaround solution. The end-result comes with flaws:
1) we end up subdividing the floor plan into numerous "rooms" that are in fact workstations. The polylining exercise is super tedious because we need to ensure that they all add to the accurate total floor area as well. Worse when these workstations are set up in irregular shape (honeycomb, circular etc..) Very difficult to represent them in space.
2) we have to create new sub ROOM TYPES and CATEGORIES to account for these workstations, making our room data structure complicated
3) we can no longer display a clean floor plan showing the architectural layout of actual rooms vs open office area. Now our floor plans are too busy with numerous "rooms" with cluttered "room numbers" on it.
4) not to mention end users are confused when they use the Hoteling module where they're asked to book and select a "Room" when in fact they're booking a desk. Worse if they're to switch between Hoteling and Meeting Room Reservation apps.
