Support multiple Character Sets (Chinese, Korean, Cyrillic) in SQL Server 19
Update the SQL Server Schema and HQ template databases to support multiple Character Sets (Chinese, Korean, Cyrillic) by default in SQL Server 19 (which supports UTF8), as the Oracle versions do today
