Reservations - Admin should be able to check-in to meetings on behalf of others
Functionality exists for a meeting space booker to check-in 15 minutes before and during the meeting.
Ensuring users check-in to their meetings is a good process to enforce since it will be able to indicate whether a room was used or not. It isn't uncommon for rooms to be booked but a meeting doesn't actually take place due to cancellations or scheduling and location changes. This will save cleaners time and cleaning resources since they wouldn't be cleaning an unused room.
We have made a custom report which indicates which users have made bookings but do not check-in and repeat offenders would be notified. Currently only the booker is able to check-in. If they happen to forget to check-in, it would be useful for someone with an administrator role to check them in on their behalf.
