Terms & Conditions Check Box
The option to add a Terms & Conditions box before confirming a reservation to certain rooms would be very helpful (ie. by booking this room you acknowledge you accept usage policies, will complete a health checklist for Covid protocols, will clean the area between uses, etc.).

This feature could also be used to have the user acknowledge booking costs for the room, if configurable at the room level. Many specific rooms have specific policies so a configurable acknowledgement box at the room level would be the most useful.

This should be a feature available to the meeting room use as well. Whether it's a a group acknowledgement that people are aware they as a group going in without symptoms.

Terms & Condition check box easily helps to ensure user compliance with conditions and policies not enforce-able within ARCHIBUS. The text field that accompanies the check box should be editable by facilities managers.

It would be great to have configurable parameters to set a prompt like this for booking a desk or reserving meetings.
