Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) with Archibus Security
We are seeing more RFPs with a requirement for a cloud/hosted solution with MFA. We can implement this if the customer wants SAML and rely on the customer's MFA capability, but otherwise we have a gap in our solution. It would be helpful if the standard Archibus solution either contained MFA capability out of the box or easily integrated with a service provider. I believe we are going to see this requirement a lot more in the near future for any cloud deployments.

Maintenance module includes in the workflow sub contractors and external suppliers who are not always included in the company active directory. Because of cyberszecurity , we are asked to implement MFA for these external suppliers who can be involved in the workflow for various services and SLAS. Could you please study the implementation of MFA ? Thank you

We have a client that has Archibus rolled out over already 3 different countries and next year additional ones, their cybersecurity team comes back to us, asking if it is possible for external suppliers involved in Maintenance & SLA distribution and not recorded in the client Active Directory to get connected to their Archibus instance with MFA. Based on this UserVoice request it looks like this may be a good feature for SpaceIQ to review and add to the platform.
