Custom error message for invalid uid error
When the visit is deleted from the Eptura Visitor application, and the user proceeded to delete the meeting from Outlook, the host will receive and error message saying "Invalid value for UID".
This is very confusing to users. Instead, they should receive either more user-friendly error message, such as "The meeting has already been deleted from Eptura Visitor" rather than a technical, backend error message. This is not communicating well to all users.

Users should not be able to edit their profile if SSO is enabled
our tenant has SSO enabled, however in each user's profile section, they are still allowed to make changes to their profiles! I suggest that this section should be completely disabled because SSO should dictate the contents and not to confuse users that they will be allowed to do so.

Sorting custom fields in reception dashboard
In the Reception dashboard, there is no way to sort custom fields. For example, we have a custom field to record the visitor access card number. This will vastly improve the efficiency given we have thousands of visitors per day.

outlook add-in
We would like to have an opportunity to create a visitor through outlook add-in as well, as it is currently difficult to get all the details at one place and we have to edit the fields in dashboard again which is not user friendly.

Automapping the question and answer when importing of group visitor list. We have around 10 customize question and staff required to map 1 by 1 every time which is not user friendly.

When Creating a Group Visit, allow setting the Visitor Type
When we create a group visit, all visitors are default to the same visitor type. The table for creating group visits should allow defining individual visitor type for each visitor.

Enable assistance of upper management to see visits created in the calendar of their superior in their own ProxyClick account when using SSO
Description of the process: An assistant creats visits within the calendar of her superior and uses ProxyClick for the invitation of externals. When using her own ProxyClick account via SSO the assistant wants to see all planned visits for the day that have been planned for her superior.

Improve management of generic email visitors
The solution is able to accept generic emails as visitors, but most of users won't allow badges for example, or formal check-in with generic names.
One suggestion would be:
- detect generic emails (could be hard), and if possible raise a warning to the owner
- allow the modification by check-in team or organizer, to edit/modify/suppress a visitor in an invitation before printing badges
- prevent printing of badges with generic emails
- allow organizer himself to edit the form (plugin/Web) during the invitation registration, to complete the visitor information, by adding at least Lastname/firstname/society/email fields so that at least…1 vote -
Auto-Sizing Badge Text
auto-sizing for text on badges. We have to utilize smaller font sizes to ensure long names don't get cut off. It would be great it we could select the textbox size we want the text in and the text would auto-size to the best fit
