As an admin I would like to be able to provide users emergency or 'promo' content in the desktop and hummingbird app in order to alert users when there is an issue or information that needs to be shared based on the building they are assigned to.
An example would be to have a banner across the top of screen when someone logs into desktop. It would be nice to be able to format and link to a splash page for an image or more information. This would be similar to promo content available in Hummingbird.
