  1. I would love it if I could hover my mouse over a workstation (or select it) and see if there are any reservation rules associated with it. Right now I have to go into the rules menu. This would be really convenient.

  2. I would love to see the Planning Reserved highlight show on the floor plans in Space when viewing Occupancy. This will alert end users/floor admins that the space is reserved. While we have demo'd this feature on numerous occasions, we have had duplicate space requests for the same space. This would save time if the highlight showed on the occupancy plan instead of toggling back and forth. Many users forget the feature exists. Thanks!

  3. I would like for end users to see the "over capacity" highlight in the Space Module. This would alert the floor admin that, if it's not a shared space, they need to alert us of the respective correct seat locations. As it is now, it is based on admin/operator permissions, which only a few of us have. Thank you!

  4. Allow admins to change the sort order of the Building Filter dropdown in Space Availability. Or default to the assigned location of the logged in user, so users could more easily find their home office when booking a reservation

  11. Hummingbird does not have a "View All" option for service requests like the desktop has, and it should. Not having the same search creates a confusing experience for the customer when they are quickly trying to alert service teams of an issue. For example, an air conditioning request could be named "air conditioning", "HVAC", "Too Cold"/"Too Hot," etc. which makes searching impossible if the request type names aren't known by the customer and takes extra time if they end up submitting on the desktop when they get back to their computer.

  12. As an admin I would like the images in Hummingbird on the main screen when a user does not have reservations, service requests or mail to be removed or made smaller or have the option to remove/replace in order to view promo content easier.

  13. When working on a building hierarchy, client did not like how the building was showing up so went to delete it. What the client didn't realize is that deleting that hierarchy was actually deleting the building from the system. Suggestion for the Product Team to included in the "are you sure you want to delete" message that by proceeding, you are actually deleting the building from the system not just deleting the hierarchy.

  20. It would be great to be able to create and update the reservation rules that are the same for multiple offices/workstations/meeting rooms in the same area at once. Rather than having to create separate rules for each office/workstation/meeting room if they are all the same anyway.
