Can the system be modified to use a vector based graphic for the background rather than the current raster based format? When zooming into the floor plan, or printing out the floor plan, the background pixelates extensively, especially on larger floor plate files. Because of the pixelation, we will need to rework quite a few of our CAD files to make them presentable to our client.
I've attached a couple of examples, vector based image from current CAFM system, and the same floor in Serraview.

This would also help prevent wiping out of all data if the wrong check box(s) are checked. i.e. Clear everything on floor (spaces & teams)
Update May 6, 2022: Due to Serraview not having a Trial Import option, and an easily made mistake in the CAD file layer settings, we have suffered data loss for a floor plan, that affected room record deletion, people assignments being removed, Teams & Neighborhood assignments to space being removed, Desk Reservations being removed, both past and future.
This simple mistake of layers in the CAD file is because the layer was Frozen instead of being Turned off. The import process does not recognize the layers if they are Frozen and will ignore them if Frozen.
