New Request Notifications
It would be nice if there was a pop up notification for new requests rather than just having to check the queue. We would like app and web browser notifications of new requests to go to administrators and operators

This can already be done if the notification is setup.
Settings >> Notify >> New Implementation >> Work Requests >> Work order activity or Unprocessed Request. However, it would be nice if it only created a notification of new requests since the last notification was sent.
